Start accepting failures and also learn from them. The first step in solving a problem is accepting the presence of the problem.
Be with Friends and Family
If you can, discuss with your parents let them know what you think and you have the capacity to achieve. Eat, sleep and exercise well

So, step out from them for a while, or control your usage. Everything doesn’t come in social media, there are many more beautiful things around you.
